Mrs Laurie Wolfe

Outstanding Service as an Employee within Catholic Education
laurie wolfe and Archbishop Doyle

Presented to: Mrs Laurie Wolfe

Laurie has had a long and distinguished career within the Catholic Education system, serving the last 10 years as Principal of Mount Carmel College, with the Catholic ethos reflected in all that she does. Laurie believes in giving every student the chance to grow and flourish across the curriculum and has pursued collaborative problem solving. Laurie leads by example, maintaining a high code of behavior and is respectful with a sense of justice and fairness. This is reflected in the Restorative Practices she has implemented with the students at the College and her continual emphasis on the themes of social justice, poverty and her support of reflection days.

Laurie’s tireless hard work and commitment to the College and its Charism, managing a variety of projects involving multiple sections, organising teams and stakeholders to achieve goals, and her positive influence of others within the school community and across the system, make her a worthy recipient of this Award.
